Detailed schedule will be published on the information board in the competition centre.

Fee for each of the 3 competitions:

·   paid up to 5.6.2012:       100,- CZK for MD12-MD16,

·   paid up to 5.6.2012:       130,- CZK for MD19-M60/D50,

·   paid after 5.6.2012:       180,- CZK for all.

Foreign competitors can pay fees by cash during the registration in the competition centre in the amount according to the date when the application was sent. Fee covers price of maps, refreshment at the finish and organizing costs. Paid but not used fees will not be returned, sorry.

Applications (accepted only in digital form) must contain proper information mainly first name, surname, index, category. We kindly ask you to send the form to the address below Form is accessible here   .

Each application will be confirmed by the organizer within 3 days. If application is not confirmed, it is not valid.

In Vlčárna restaurant it is possible to order a meal from the restaurant menu, including pizza. Note: meal from our mass order will be served preferably.

·   paid up to 5.6.2012:         250,- CZK/night for MD19 and older,

      200,- CZK/night for MD16 and younger,

·   paid after 5.6.2012:         290,- CZK/night for MD19 and older,

        240,- CZK/night for MD16 and younger,

 

Gym hall of Basic School Pstruží. Limited capacity (50 places max, earlier applications preferably), limited toilets and showers. Slippers needed. Prices for each person per night:

·   paid up to 5.6.2012:      50,- CZK/night,

·   paid after 5.6.2012:      80,- CZK/night.

 

Alternate - Basic school in Pstruží: 49°27'57.561"N, 18°21'18.682"E. Organizer has only limited facilities to arrange transit between BUS station, Pstruží, Competition centre. In case of such transit request, contact the organizer in advance please.

Mountainous terrain, largely forested, track elevation is more then 6%. Protection against wood ticks recommended.

Competitors start at their own risk, the organizer does not provide any insurance of participants.

For more information about the mass insurance ask the ARDF Association.

Individually. No traffic indicators. There is a sufficient number of parking places near the hotel, but limited near Basic school in Pstruží.

The organizer is allowed to make changes to these instructions additionally, under the ARDF rules.
